What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods which include Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All credit card holders must be able to provide proof of identity.

What type of support do your bras offer?

We have designed an assortment of bras to ensure all areas of exercise are covered. We have low impact bras that are suitable for activities such as Yoga or walking. Medium impact bras for baby boot camps and high impact bras for running. In the production description of each different sports bra you will find information about what activity level they are suitable for.

How do I use your bras for breastfeeding?

Our bras are designed to eliminate the unsightly maternity clips and clasps. With our designs you can watch tutorial videos here. Once you get the hang of it you will discover how easy and discreet the bras are to use and you won’t need to compromise your style just because you are breastfeeding. All our XOthree Active bras have been made by mums and tested for ease of use by breastfeeding mothers.

How do I redeem a gift voucher or promotion?

This is easy! Once you have selected the items you would like and added them to your shopping cart, just enter the gift voucher or promotion code and the bottom of the shopping cart page. The value of gift voucher or promotional code will then be deducted from the total value of your order. You can then proceed as normal.

The item I would like is now out of stock, what can I do?

If the item you would like is out of stock, simply email our friendly customer service team customercare@xothree.com and we will add you to the waitlist and notify you as soon as your item is back in stock.

Can I track my parcel online?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notifying you that your goodies are on their way. You will then be able to track its location online.
