OUR RETURNS PROCESS

Our process works as follows:

  1. If the garment is damaged, please take a photo and include this in your returns package. It is also helpful to keep a photo for your own records.
  2. Print out your order email (or you can print out your order details from the “My Account” page. Make sure to include this order form in your return package, otherwise we won’t be able to easily identify that the return belongs to you. If you don’t have easy access to a printer, you can write out your order number and original order details on a piece of paper (such as your name / address / phone etc), so that we know that the returned product belongs to you.
  3. Please ensure your item/s are returned in their original packaging.
  4. Take your XOthree product to your post office and post it back to us. You can print out a postage label here to cut out and stick to the package. We strongly recommend that you pay for tracking of the product as if it goes missing during shipping, we won’t be able to process your return.
  5. Once you have your tracking number and the package has been sent off, complete the Warranty / Return form. You can access this form by viewing your “My Account” page and selecting the appropriate order. Complete all of the form details to let us know that your product is on its way back to us.

Once we’re received your product in the mail, we’ll process your return / warranty claim ASAP and get you sorted with your new XOthree product. You will receive emails from us to let you know what’s happening throughout the process.
