If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it using the method below. If you wish to return or exchange your item, contact must be made within 14 days from the date of invoice. Return items must reach the return address within 30 days from the order confirmation date. Please ensure the item(s) you are returning are in original condition with tags still attached and garments unworn and unwashed. If the tags have been detached from the garments they no longer will qualify for a refund or exchange. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will not accept back any garments that have been marked or damaged. Simply return the Item at your own expense with a return form completed in full and include a copy of your receipt. XOthree Active reserves the right to deny a refund, credit note or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy. Garments that have been assessed as damaged and unfit for resale will be returned to the original sender.
Returned merchandise should be in the original condition to how it was received. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges for any returns.

XOthree Active recommend that returned items are shipped via registered post/express post with tracking numbers recorded as we accept no liability if your return is not received at the nominated return address.
You can expect a refund for the full price of your item(s) excluding the cost of shipping. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed which can take up to 10 working days for funds to be credited into your account. Refunds are dictated by the issuing bank and if you experience a considerable delay please consult your bank for further information as this is behind the realm of our control. If an item returned does not comply with our Return Policy, unfortunately we will not refund any money.
